Exchange & Return Policy
(1) English-Əʋe (Ancient Hebrew) Dictionary Thesaurus & Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, any scheduled payment transactions will be cancelled. You will still have access to the Online Əʋe (Ancient Hebrew) Dictionary Thesaurus for the remainder of the month or year you activate your cancellation. Payments made prior to the time of cancellation are non-refundable.
(2) Physical Products Exchange & Refund Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from purchase. However, the buyer pays for return shipping charges for the item being returned or exchanged. Return shipping expenses are not reimbursed. Please, contact us prior to returning an item.
If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours from when the package is received so we may address and resolve the issue.
